If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Otniel is a phenomenal agent, and one that I highly recommend, to anyone. I was so pleased with his attitude and dedication. He truly has the best interest of his clients in mind. He is knowledgeable, and was always responsive, diligent, and communicative and works within the parameters you give to him. He is very patient and knew exactly what we were looking for and never pressured us to make a deal.
He was honest and always steered us away from properties he didn't think were right for us. In the end we found our dream retirement home. He was even kind enough to meet the home inspector at the house as we were out of town.
All in all, Otniel has a lot of integrity and you would have trouble finding a harder working agent.
