Thanks so much for all your hard work, professionalism, courtesy, information,  patience, etc.  (the list just goes on and on…) during our recent two-fold real estate transaction.   Little did we know that it was our lucky day when we met by chance by calling you to tour a condominium listing that we were interested in.   Buyers spend hours trying to access who is the best real estate agent.   We found ours the easy way!   Although that transaction never materialized, right from the start, we appreciated your low key, pressure free, upfront, honest and sincere approach to helping us find a home.  

While we continued to search for a home, you helped us by continually sending new listings for our consideration and then following-up.   When we decided on a property, you went out of your way to ensure all our questions were answered promptly and correctly.  You were never too busy to take or return a call or make us feel like we were your only clients.  You thought of items that needed to be addressed that we had not even considered.  You made recommendations for service providers.  The routine challenges of a real estate deal were magnified in our case by this being a long distance transaction but between your skill and knowledge, both in real estate and technology, you made our purchase seamless.  You took care of many items in our stead and really went beyond what was expected but is very much appreciated.  

 Even after closing, when most realtors would have moved on to the next transaction, you went out of your way to take time out of your busy schedule to supervise the delivery and installation of our appliances.  That was a first for us, but speaks volumes of the level of service you provide to your clients.  When after our purchase we decided to rent out our home, you found tenants in record time and completed all the paperwork for us.
